superb hotel experience

complimentary minibar easy access

i found the complimentary mini bar a great bonus. the hotel's location near the train station allowed easy access using the s7 train to and from the airport. whistlers, a local restaurant just a couple of streets away, came highly recommended and lived up to expectations.

i noticed some noise from neighboring rooms in the morning. this was quite annoying and disturbed my sleep.

excellent stay

easy access spacious room nice view great room

the location allowed easy access to transport the room included a coffee table and couch it felt very spacious i had a nice view from my room. i found the room to be amazing and more than i expected i also appreciated the nice view.

i noticed the spa facilities felt a little disappointing the pool seemed small and the water was cold the sauna areas were in a separate area some distance from the pool.

The location proved so convenient. The tram line was just steps away. the staff was really good, so helpful, and always available. i thoroughly used the yoga room and the gym. the room itself was spacious and everything was super clean, contributing to an relaxing experience!

the indoor pool's temperature could have been a little warmer for complete comfort.

amazing stay, excellent service!!!

I found the breakfast was a definite highlight of my stay. It offered a good experience. the reception team provided me with a room next door for sleeping when the ac stopped working late in the evening. the mattress was comfortable, and the shower was super clean with a strong water stream. the large tvs featured a convenient broadcasting option. They were easy to use.

the hotel has an excellent location as tram 71 and the trains could take me most everywhere i wanted to go. tram 71 is a short 5-minute walk and brings you directly into the city center. this accessibility made exploring the area effortless.

the check-in was smooth and quick, and the reception staff was amazing. i was welcomed with a thoughtful gift as a titanium member. the hotel has a wonderful garden where you can eat. they also have a relaxing pool too.

the breakfast had a good variety. the staff was helpful when i needed directions. the room had a comfortable bed.. i slept well each night.

the gym was smaller than i expected. it only had two treadmills.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. i found the public transport links easy to use, helpful since the hotel is a bit outside the center. the bright, modern decor was also charming. I liked the hints of the building's history as a riding school.

The in-room beverage station was not great. there were no coffee pods or sugar when i arrived, and only three tea bags, all herbal. i asked for more tea, specifically breakfast or earl grey, but was told they only had fruit and herbal teas. That was disappointing! also, the train noise was a significant issue. It was hard to sleep.

dirty towel arrogant receptionist

the room design and size was acceptable.

the receptionist i encountered was arrogant and not helpful, it reminded me of i was bothering her. robes where requested and a dirty towel came with them, it was gross. i dont think it was worth the price i payed.
